Credit Recovery will start Monday, September 18th, 2017.

The credit recovery program exists at all eight high school sites, and some contract alternative sites. The goal of this program is to allow students the opportunity to recover credits that were previously missed, outside of the regular school day. 

  • Curriculum will be a blend of web-based learning.
  1. Student expectation is to finish 100% of the course with 60% proficiency to earn a full .25 quarter credit.
  2. Partial credits is an option for students who do not need to complete the whole quarter course.
  • Facilitators are full-time, licensed teachers who will help guide students on the path to recovering credits needed to graduate.
  • Students register with their counselor or site coordinator.
  • MPS Students enrollled in digital courses over Winter/Spring Break Academy will be able to continue with their digital course for up to 2 additional weeks in Credit Recovery.

Last day to register students for Credit Recovery Monday, May 21st.

12th Grade Students are recommended to finish Credit Recovery course work before Thursday, May 31st.

9th-11th Grade Students are recommended to finish Credit Recovery course work before Thursday, May 31st.

Students should register with their counselor or site coordinator.
